Pasco High Students to Perform at 2008 Olympics

How cool is this?!?!
A handful of Pasco High School students will be attending and performing during the opening ceremonies later this year when the 208 Olympics kick off in Beijing, China. The group includes a handful of students drawn from the PHS Color Guard, as well as one current and one former member of the school’s band. There’s also one Color Guard member from Kingspoint Christian School in Pasco, too.
Local kids performing at the Olympics!!! For real. That’s just too cool.
They hosted a fundraising car wash earlier today, but if you missed that, you can also send donations directly to the PHS Band Department. It’s gonna cost each student $4,300 to make the trip, so they can use any and all help.
